  • With a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in youth development, Ms. Thao stands as a beacon of expertise in various mobility disciplines tailored for children of all ages and abilities. From leading Bob Tots Tumbling classes for infants and toddlers to coaching gymnastics, acrobatics, and a spectrum of sports and fitness activities for school-aged children, her dedication to nurturing young talents shines through in every session.

    As a passionate kids instructor, Thao infuses her classes with invigorating movements that inspire and challenge children to thrive. Known for her dynamic and energizing teaching style, she creates an environment where kids not only learn new skills but also discover the joy of physical activity and self-improvement.

    Thao's personal motivations extend far beyond the classroom. Her love for climbing, running, camping, and a myriad of outdoor activities forms the foundation of her belief in #trainingforlife. She finds immense fulfillment in sharing these adventures with her students, guiding them on journeys of self-exploration and growth as they evolve into their most aware, functional, and happiest selves.

    With a rich tapestry of certifications, including over a decade of experience teaching aerial arts to both adults and children, a 200-hour Yoga instructor certification, and a 95-hour Children's Yoga instructor certification, Thao's expertise is unmatched. Her role as a registered teacher in primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong and her standing as an HKAYP Silver Journey Instructor further underscore her commitment to holistic education and youth development.


  • Ms. Dorothy is a passionate advocate for the joy of movement and aerial arts. Delving into the world of Hammock Spinning in 2020, Dorothy has since immersed herself in a journey of continuous learning and growth.

    As a teacher, Dorothy's approach is both nurturing and engaging. She understands the delicate balance between encouraging children to push their boundaries while ensuring they feel supported and motivated every step of the way. Drawing from her rich background in teaching adults hammock classes, Dorothy's unique style seamlessly blends fun and learning, creating an environment where children can flourish and explore the wonders of aerial arts.

    Her parent-kid workshops are a testament to her inclusive teaching philosophy, offering a space where both parents and children can bond and soar together in the enchanting world of aerial arts.

  • Ms. Chloe, a Hong Kong native, brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for aerial arts to her instruction, with a particular focus on the graceful and transformative practice of aerial yoga. Initially immersing herself in aerial dancing in 2020, Chloe furthered her expertise by obtaining her Anti-gravity Aerial Yoga Certificate in 2021, solidifying her commitment to this elegant form of movement.

    Chloe's journey into teaching children and teens commenced in 2022 at Flex Studio, coinciding with the year she acquired her Anti-gravity Aerial Yoga certification. As a highly attentive instructor, Chloe takes pride in providing personalized 1:1 attention to ensure that each child under her guidance receives tailored instruction, constructive feedback, and the necessary support to thrive in their aerial yoga practice.

  • At the age of 3, Ms. Joyce's passion for dance took flight through ballet. Over the years, she explored various styles such as oriental and street dance, immersing herself in the diverse world of movement. In 2015, she discovered aerial silks, a form that resonated deeply with her creative spirit.

    Her journey led her across the globe to Ireland, France, Mexico, and Guatemala, where she studied under renowned masters to hone her craft. Today, as a co-founder of Flow Space Arts Studio and Momentus Circus Space in Hong Kong, she continues to inspire students with her wealth of experiences and expertise.

    Since 2022, Ms. Joyce has been imparting her knowledge to young learners, teaching them dance and aerial skills. Her background includes valuable experiences from engaging in programs like the Ocean Park Summer Camp. Children benefit from her patient and focused teaching style, where she provides individualized attention to nurture their talents and foster a love for movement.
